Negar Azmudeh was called to the British Columbia Bar in 1999. Prior to focusing exclusively on Immigration and Refugee law, Ms Azmudeh had practised in the areas of family law, civil litigation, and criminal law. She has appeared before a variety of immigration tribunals and the Federal Court, as well as the Supreme Court of British Columbia.

Ms Azmudeh has assisted overseas clients in a range of immigration matters, including applications for permanent residence status under the Provincial Nominee Programs. Ms Azmudeh is fluent in English, French and Persian (Farsi).
